TATTOO F.A.Q.’S

1. Our artists DO NOT tattoo anyone under the age of 18.

2. Our artists DO NOT tattoo fingers or faces without a consultation with the artist.

3. All of our artists are appointment based. Please contact the artist directly for booking questions via their business email or website by selecting their profile under our "ARTISTS/PIERCERS" tab.

4. If you have not heard back from an artist for longer than 2 weeks, please give the shop a call to check on your submission. They can get buried! 

5. All of our artists have their own hourly rates. Any questions regarding pricing should be directed to the individual artist. 

6. YOUR DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE. You can transfer it to a rescheduled appointment as long as the appointment is rescheduled more than 3 days prior to the original appointment date. 

 

PIERCING F.A.Q.’S

1. We handle all piercing appointments over the phone. Please call the shop to book an appointment for any service needed, including jewelry sales, shopping, changes and custom orders.

2. Our piercers DO NOT pierce anyone under the age of 6.

3. Ages 6-12 can only get ear lobe piercings. 

4. For all piercing appointments, we will be taking a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the piercing fee(s) over the phone. This is not an additional fee, it covers the cost of the service itself. Day of, the balance remaining will be the cost of jewelry. 

5. If you need to make any changes or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours notice. Same day cancellations/no call, no showing your appointment may result in us taking a deposit of the piercing fee(s) in order to schedule again, or forfeiting an existing deposit. 

6. In order to pierce minors, the state of Michigan requires us to document specific paperwork. This paperwork consists of a photo I.D. for the client (driver's license, school I.D., passport, yearbook photo with their name, etc), a photo I.D. of their parent/legal guardian, and the client's birth certificate. We need ALL of these documents, or we will not be able to perform any piercings.

7. All of our jewelry is either implant-grade titanium or solid gold.

SHOP F.A.Q.’S

1. We are by appointment only for all services. If we have last minute cancellations, our artists/piercers will post the openings on their social media.

2. We try to limit the amount of people we have in the shop at one time, so please consult with your artist/piercer before your appointment regarding guests.

3. We will not pierce or tattoo anyone that is pregnant. The body’s immune system undergoes serious changes during pregnancy. These changes have a negative effect on healing, and may even prevent piercings received shortly before becoming pregnant from finishing healing. Sometimes even healed piercing will act up while you are pregnant. For these reasons, we even advise against stretching existing piercings during pregnancy. Contact your doctor for more information. 

4. Please do not bring any minors with you unless they have an appointment. 

5. We accept all major credit/debit cards, but cash payments are preferred.
