1. We are only accepting appointments. If we have a last minute cancelation, our artists will post on their social media.

2. Considering visiting the studio? Please give us a call before your visit to check availability of artists. We will do our best to accommodate you.

3. If you are bringing kids to the studio, please make sure there is someone to assist watching them while you are being serviced.

4. Please call the shop to book an appointment for any service needed, including jewelry changes and custom orders.

5. If you are too late to your appointment and we are unable to squeeze you in, your deposit will be forfeited.
