SHOP F.A.Q.’S

1. Please call the shop to book an appointment for any service needed. This includes consultations, jewelry changes, and custom orders. Our artists work by appointment only. If they have a last minute cancelation, it will be posted to our social media.

2. Considering visiting the studio? We would love to have you! Please give us a call before your visit to check on the availability of artists. We will do our best to accommodate you.

3. If you are bringing kids to the studio, there must be an additional adult present to watch them. Children CANNOT be left unattended.

4. If you are too late to your appointment and we are unable to complete you service in the remaining amount of time, your deposit will be forfeit.
